She then reports that Aqa [Riza Khan Nizam al-Saltanah] has become the governor of Kirmanshah and describes his preparations for travel and who will accompany him. She also mentions that Nizam al-Saltanah has not left them with enough money and did not even give her back the thousand and two hundred tumans he owed them.
